Arbill Industries is looking for an experienced Service Specialist to work as part of the sales team to assist our customers and exceed their expectations on the first contact, assist our Account Managers and Sales Assistants requests and build respectful relationships both internally and externally. The successful candidate will work as a valuable member of the Customer Service team and strive to recognize areas for improvement personally, departmentally, and company-wide. The primary focus of the Service Specialist is to Give Arbill customers a “WOW” experience when contacting us (through email, phone, web, and fax).
The successful candidate will have a solid background in customer service . Preferably, the candidate will have experience in the safety industry. The ideal candidate will be flexible, creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
Job function and responsibilities
· Give Arbill customers a “WOW” experience
· Minimize dollar amount of returns.
· Exceed customer needs and expectations.
· Assist Account Managers in attaining budgeted goals for Gross Profit growth in margin and dollars.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service experience.
· Strong communication skills.
· Customer service orientation with outstanding client management skills.
· Must be self-motivated, high energy and passionate about exceeding client expectations.
· Requires PC proficiency and strong organizational skills.
