Our client, a financial risk-management software and consulting firm headquartered in Horsham is searching for a Software Support Analyst. They need someone with a strong understanding in finance and IT markets. This is a permanent position.

Main responsibilities will consist of assisting clients with advice and analytical support regarding our software products, assisting with testing and providing advice to clients regarding their configuration prior to on-site installation, and reacting to critical issues on a timely basis. A significant portion of time is spent building client relationships, resolving client issues, and liaising with development teams.
·Managing and resolving technical problems and incidents as a point of contact for our customers
· Providing analysis into technical and functional issues and escalating/communicating appropriately with other internal teams
· Providing technical assistance during new installations
· Building and maintaining strong client relationships
· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
· Travel may be required
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other related technical, quantitative, or business disciplines
· 0-5 years of experience
· Strong technical background
· Understanding of financial markets (e.g. fixed income, foreign exchange, etc)
· Familiarity with computer operating systems (Windows/Linux/Unix) and SQL/databases
· Strong analytical and decision making skills
· Excellent written and oral communication (writing sample required)
