Software Support Specialist
In the role of Software Support Specialist, you will be helping our small to medium-sized business customers utilize the software developed for them by Miles Technologies. You will respond to the requests of our customers in a timely manner and either perform troubleshooting to identify solutions to problems or answer how to questions to guide the user through the use of the system. You will learn a great deal about business software and the needs of businesses in numerous industries. This is a great position to prepare you for many other avenues in your career, like Quality Assurance, Systems Analysis and Design and Project Management.Come be a part of our excellent work environment. · Responding to customer requests regarding software developed by Miles Technologies
· Perform troubleshooting with intention of identifying source of problem and solution if applicable
· Answer customer questions about use of software
· Help develop and build end user content to help the end users better utilize the software
· Interface with project management and development staff when issues need to be escalated. Explain nature of problem. Identify potential sources of and resolutions to problems.
· Strong general technical skills
· Extensive experience using software applications
· Strong troubleshooting skills
· Strong communication skills
