Multiple function, worldwide interorganizational and external contacts.
Process Owners and Key Functional Leaders across H DX, H IT and H CX
Implements and manages Order to Cash Automation tools and processes to improve cash flow and country sales organizations operational efficiency in order to obtain optimum effectiveness and maximum customer satisfaction.
Supports creation, roll out and maintenance of the H DX eCommerce strategy to achieve optimum organizational effectiveness.
Identifies customer requirements in collaboration with country teams, defines new features and processes and their respective benefits and implements such in collaboration with the Sr.Mgr. Order to Cash Automation Development
Acts as advisor to management and others on complex Order to Cash topics
Directs the resolution of all customer complaints and problems in the area of Order to Cash to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
Knowdledge of ERP, CRM and related cloud based services as well as client / server solutions
Development and leadership for a strategic vision and it's implementation path Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector business domain
Knowledge of the H DX business domain Leadership, interpersonal, team management, negotiation, project management, and analytical skills
Experience working in a Sales & Marketing environment, preferably in Healthcare
Experience working in a large company multi layer matrix structure Experience with budget management and financial analysis
Experience in business strategy development
Experience in Order to Cash strategy development and execution Ability to manage multiple levels of managers,across one or more major functional areas
Experience directing IT development programs
Experience to drive cross functional global teams to consensus and alignment across multiple organizational levels Experience in managing teams and projects across geographical, cultural and organizational boundaries
Ability to work with CEO/CFO level, senior executives, process stakesholders and subject matters experts
