We have an immediate opening for a Senior Contracts Specialist to join our team. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the business operations that support some of our nation's fundamental defense services. The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams, monitoring contract performance with a focus on winning new business. The Senior Contracts Specialist administers and monitors the performance of government prime contracts and subcontracts. This individual is also responsible for negotiating new business proposals and managing existing company contracts. Employees in this role review contracts and related documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to the master agreement. The selected candidate must keep a keen eye on our contract obligations and any accompanying adjustments.

The Senior Contracts Specialist must have either a bachelor’s degree in a related specialty or the equivalent, and a minimum of eight to ten years of related experience, or a master's degree with a minimum of six to eight years of related experience.
Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI w/poly security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
