We are currently looking for ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS for our Bakersfield, California market.  Qualified candidates will possess:

ØPrevious Manager experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment (apparel preferred)

ØAbility to coach, direct and lead a store team to provide an outstanding customer experience while delivering the desired sales and profit results

ØOutstanding employee relations and talent development skills

ØStore operations expertise to include stockroom management, visual presentation,  inventory and payroll control   

ØTime management and priority setting skills as well as the ability to multi-task 

ØExcellent communication and organization skills
