Provide technical information to interested physicians/hospitals via initial emails and conference calls
Utilizes and supports the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to track and report on Support Cases. Support outreach efforts that encourage physician adoption of EHR’s and participation in HIE to include; Presentations to Medical Societies and Clinical Meetings.
Support Program Reporting Requirements
Experience with Excel, MS Word
Provide support to the Project Managers for project related tasks
Regular updates on company websites
BS Degree required, 1- 3 years experience - Healthcare Industry preferred,
Customer service, strong technical/computer skills, ability to quickly understand technical concepts
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
Ability to manage priorities, both individually and for a team
Base understanding of Health Information Exchanges is helpful
