Role and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a talented Data Center Systems Engineer to join our team. Engineer will be involved in the design and implementation of storage and network infrastructure. Responsible for managing installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, VMware, and Cisco-based network systems. Strong ability to quickly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues, and the ability to provide improvements in performance and security. Will play a key part in building relationships with customers and peers and creating innovative solutions, and completing priority projects on time and in compliance with customer requirements. Assist with BOMs as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Active TS/SCI is required
· Working knowledge of virtualization infrastructure engineering
· Design and implementation experience
· Strong knowledge and experience working with Cisco based networks and VMware Infrastructure
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships within customer base
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Any of the following certifications: CCNA, CCNP, VCP
