NetCentric Technology, a subsidiary of Vistronix, is seeking multiple experienced system integrators/server administrators to work out of Aberdeen, Maryland and Alexandria, Virginia. These full time positions afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work in an engaging, high-tech development environment implementing solutions for cloud computing, web services, and mobile applications. The position requires a candidate with experience in Linux server administration and virtualization technologies. Knowledge of web services and cloud computing technologies is a strong plus.

The Systems Integrator is responsible for the following:
The integration, packaging and support of existing software components using the Linux stack, mostly for Cloud systems and the applications they support.
Providing technical contributions in the fields of integration, consulting and production support for projects with customers.
Providing systems integration expertise during the design/development effort to integrate all technical contributors into a unified team effort, executed within a structured engineering process that proceeds from concept to production to operation and, in some cases, to termination and disposal.
Supporting multiple engineering team/tasks to develop in system specifications, interface control documents, system/software architectures, technical and logistical requirements, testing and other disciplines
Developing the various artifacts/documentation that describe the systems and systems of system are consistent, developed at an appropriate level of detail, and that changes are controlled.
Creating and maintaining programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution.
Documenting the system configurations.
Participating in planning design, technical review and implementation for a system.
Maintaining current knowledge levels on existing products and/or acquires knowledge on merging technology and products.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related field is required.
Five to Seven Years of the Following Experience is required:
Server integration, management, and configuring experience with a track record of successfully integrating software and services at customer sites.
Ability to troubleshoot deployed software, identify issues, and develop resolutions.
General understanding of Linux server management and software installation on Linux servers.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in cloud computing, virtualization, and cloud data management.
Excellent design skills.
Strong writing and communication skills and the ability to articulate design and development concepts clearly to customers.
Knowledge of database management systems and data base interface development a plus.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge or experience working with one or more of the following development tools/languages: Redhat Linux, Tomcat, Jboss, Ozone Widget Framework, VM Ware, Puppet.
Experience with Cloud Computing technologies/solutions including: Hadoop, Solr, Accumulo, Hive, MapReduce, Lucene, Katta, or other Cloud related technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of database management systems and data base interface development a strong plus.

Security+, Linux+, RHCSA, and RHCE & CISSP strong preferred.
