Our Technical Assistance Center is looking for highly motivated Technical Support Engineers who will help the company provide the next level of quality and service to our clients and partners by resolving customer issues, answering questions and helping drive quality solutions. You will be part of a growing team of technical support engineers assisting with our software products to help customers manage their call centers and their customers.
The CSE position will be assisting customers, providing technical support onCalabrio products for customers and partners using our products in a production environment. You will be openingand updating technical cases, working with our development team and solving customer issues in real time. In this role you will be intimately involved with day to day operations of our technical support processes and products.
