Technical Recruiting and Sourcer

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter and Sourcer at OSI Engineering, Inc.  We are a cutting edge technical staffing firm based in Campbell, CA.

We have direct relationships hiring managers at most fortune 500 companies in the Silicon Valley, Southern California and Washington areas.

As your career progresses as a Technical Recruiter / Sourcer at OSI Engineering, Inc. your responsibilities will include:

• Learning and understanding ground breaking technologies and be a key figure in creating next generation consumer devices /products in the Silicon Valley and Southern California
• Learn advanced recruiter training practices and the ability to grasp new technologies
• Source candidates through diverse sourcing channels (internet research, social networking, online database search tools, referrals, etc.)
• Screening / interviewing potential candidates for our clients
• Building long-term relationships with engineers, hiring managers and HR staff

Desired skills:

• 1-3 years experience technical recruiting, sourcing or human resource experience is ideal
• BA/BS degree preferred
