Technical Services/ Problem Solver



Position Summary

Problem-solving with a purpose.

As a member of Epic's Technical Services team, you will directly impact the way 49% of Americans receive healthcare - in fact, it's likely your work will affect the life of someone close to you. You'll become a technical lead to Epic's customers, and collaborate with bright and innovative colleagues to deliver top-notch technical guidance.

You'll build strong and lasting relationships with your customers while ensuring they realize their full potential using our software. As an IT analyst you will gain an understanding of your customers' history, challenges and goals, and work closely with their IT staff to resolve complex issues and achieve successful outcomes. You'll apply your creativity and problem-solving skills to discover and design unique solutions for a broad array of issues, from configurations improving efficiency and patient safety to optimizations and software upgrades.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or greater in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, MIS/CIS, Informatics, Economics, Operations Research or other science-related field
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
