The Cook/Prep Cook oversees various phases of food preparation, production and service. This position assists with menu planning, maintenance of kitchen equipment, sanitation programs, and overall kitchen staff performance under the supervision of the Executive Chef.
The Server provides food and beverage service table-side to residents, resident families and guests. This position maintains the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, beverage machines, and all other work areas as well as the taking and filling of orders, servicing buffet lines, and accommodating resident’s mealtime requests under the supervision of the
Dining Room Manager.
The Utility Aide supports the dining functions of a campus by providing various services in the areas of food preparation, dish-washing, sanitation, and the receiving and storage of supplies under the supervision of the Executive Chef / Director of Dining Services.
The Housekeeper cleans and sanitizes common areas, homes, apartments, suites, and healthcare units on the campus. Housekeeper will follow a regular work schedule to accomplish duties under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
