As a 90-year leader in global transportation, CR England is interested in hiring a Weekend After Hours Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with typical hours being Fri 4pm-7am, Sat 4pm-7am, & Sun 4pm-7am.
This position is not a management position over a customer service team.

Strong oral and written communication skills-in person and over the phone Prior Phone Customer Service, account management, and account development. Strong, results-driven, work ethic; excellent interpersonal/phone skills; strong computer skills.
