Responsible for planning and scheduling various project workloads. Gathers and analyzes information to o prepare status reports. Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy.
Leading/directing the efforts of a cross functional engineering team for all engineering development and test activities.
Define, tailor and manage the engineering product development process including coordinating the conduct of internal technical reviews, external technical reviews and program milestone reviews such as PDR and CDR.
To support the Program Manager for: planning the overall program; securing and allocating resources from the engineering functional managers; reporting program status to the customer and UTAS management; satisfying contract requirements and deliverables and providing EVMS status and variance report.
Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
Ensures the project scheduling/planning data that is used in the execution of projects, resource planning.
Administers project earned value management system requirements; calculates and assesses earned value metrics, schedule variances, trends, and resource forecasts across all projects.
Supports Project Leads in development of project schedules to ensure schedules meet business standards and promote strong project execution and appropriate monitor & controlling of projects.
Responsible for Control/Cost Account Management, Project Schedule & Financial Analysis.
